Edentulous Mandible and Maxilla
This case shows the use of guided surgery and digitally produced surgical guides to restore a fully edentulous patient. The implants were planned to give the best prosthetic result, both functionally and aesthetically. Some teeth which were due to be extracted in the mandible, were left in place to support the surgical guide, during the first stage of the surgery.
